Join us at Temple Yoga in Reno, NV for a nourishing two-hour creative journey into the wisdom of your inner child. 

Together, we will begin with grounding practices, gentle breathwork, and a guided visualization to connect with the younger parts of ourselves. Through this meditation, you'll be invited to meet your inner child and listen for the messages, needs, dreams, or reminders they may be offering you in this season of life. 

From there, we'll move into an intuitive collage-making practice. Using magazines, photographs, words, colors, and imagery, you'll create a one-of-a-kind Inner Child Oracle Card... a visual message crafted from the wisdom and imagination of your own heart. 

No artistic experience is needed. This workshop is an invitation to explore creativity, curiosity, self-compassion, and play in a supportive and welcoming space. 

We will Close with an opportunity to share your oracle card and its message with the group, offering a space to be seen, witnessed, and held in community. Sharing is always optional.
